I've lost 3st 2lbs44lbs20kg. I was 12st 4lbs, back in June 2018 and now I'm 9st 2lbs128lbs58kg.
My health and looking after my now 4-year-old son as I realised I'm no spring chicken to run around after him. Also, I want to be a role model regarding food decisions.

I have always had to manage my weight. The minute I stopped counting my calories, I'd return to old overeating habits.
Relatively easy once I got into a routine, I could plan and organise to fit around my lifestyle.

I have much more energy and feel happier with my relationship with food.
Every milestone was notable, I would aim for 10% of my weight each time. Getting down to 10st I was happy, but now I'm closer to 9st I'm at my ideal weight and happy to maintain.
