Calories in a Cantonese dish?

Hi, I cannot find the cals / fat for a Cantonese dish called Chicken Ka Pow (Prow) which includes herbs, garlic, onions and mild chilli which is in a runny sauce. It is the only meal I eat but I haven't got a clue what to calculate for it. Please help!

From what I can tell, the sauce you are taking about is non creamy but might contain a fair amount of oil and possibly cashew nuts. Although it's a pretty huge estimation, I'd suggest a calorie count of around 600 for an average serving. I hope this helps!
