Hi,

The best approach is to focus on one day at a time and to aim to do one thing every day that is of benefit to your health or weight loss, i.e. go for a walk down the road, or do some things around the house or around the garden etc.  Make the daily goal small and realistic – little and often is more manageable and motivating. As you complete a daily goal it will build your confidence and belief in your ability to achieve things and will also subsequently improve your energy levels.

Just start slow and don’t be hard on yourself on days that you don’t feel up to it. Small steps will give you momentum. Success is a matter of hanging on longer while others let go so don’t give up. You can do this and I know that because you have been proactive enough to ask the question for support in your quest!

Hope this helps,

Kelly
