Hi, I have looked at the exercise section but but cant find it. On the treadmill I do a 20 min work out....at the end of my workout it says 9.0% incline at the speed of 3.5 overall.. how many cals would this burn. Thanks for your time x

Thanks for your message.
If you were doing an hour at this speed and incline, the calorie calculation would rate at around 400 calories. Therefore a 20minute workout with these settings would be a calorie figure of 130 calories.
Please note this is based on a 10st woman, so the figures may alter slightly for you personally. This has been added to the Exercise Diary so you will be able to add it and the calorie burn figure will be worked out personally for you. You can find this in two places:
At the Gym > Cardio Vascular Machines > Running, treadmill 9% incline, 3.5mph
Run / Walk > Running, treadmill 9% incline, 3.5mph
