Should I add in all my daily steps?

Hi, I just wondered if you could tell me...... before I started Nutracheck I was walking approx. 8000 steps a day, always walked a lot. Now a days I am walking 10000 + can I add 10000 steps to my diary or should I be only adding 2000 because 8000 used to be my norm?? Thank you Lynn

Our expert says...

Hi Lynn,

I would recommend you do add all the steps you do in a day and allow the system to discount the first 2500 steps that is assumed all individuals walk everyday. It will give your food diary a true reflection of what you do daily even if your body has been previously use to it. This means the system can accurately calculate calories in versus calories out for you and support your weight loss goals.

Hope this helps,

Kelly
