In the app

• To create a new post, go to Fourms. Tap on the paper and pencil icon top right. Select the Forum board you wish to post in, type a subject line along with your message and tap the white arrows icon top right.
• To add a comment to an existing post, open the thread and tap the curved arrow top right. Type your comment and tap the arrows icon top right.

On the website

• To create a new post, go to the Forums and select the Forum board you wish to post in and click the green + Add a new post button top right. Type a subject line along with your message and click the green Post button bottom right.
• To add a commment to an existing post, open the thread and click the green + Add a comment button top right. Type your comment and click the green Send button at the bottom right.

Yes, you can edit and delete your posts.

In the app

Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of your post. From the pop-up, select either Edit or Delete.

On the website

click the 3 dots in the top right corner of your post and select either Edit post or Delete post.

We need to do this for you. Send an email to customercare@nutracheck.co.uk stating what your forum name is now and what you want it to be and we will change it for you.

In the app

Go to Forums > menu icon in the top left corner > Edit My Profile > tap the + on your current photo.

On the website

Go to the Forum and click the My Profile link the click the plus icon on the current profile image.

In the app

Go to Forums in the bottom menu bar > tap the menu icon (top left) > Edit My Profile > Show/Hide. Use the switch to turn on or off what you want other people to see about you when they click on your forum profile and tap Save (top right).

On the website

Go to Forums in the top navigation bar > My Profile (top of the page) > use the switches to turn on or off what you want other people to see about you when they click on your forum profile > Save my profile.

In the app

Tap into the members forum profile and tap the three dots in the top right > Hide posts by this member.

On the website

Click into the members forum profile and click Hide posts by this member in the top right.

The most likely reason is because the file size is too large. Follow the instructions below to reduce the image size on a PC or laptop:

1. Open the Microsoft Paint application using
   Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
2. Within the Paint application use File > Open to find and open the photo you want to resize.
3. Now select Resize and try entering 50 in both the horizontal and vertical boxes (this makes the image 50% smaller).
4. Then select File > Save As and use the jpg file format to resave the smaller version of your image, (you should change the file name to avoid overriding the existing picture).
5. As long as this new file is less than 10MB you should be able to upload it onto the website.
6. If you find the image is still not less than 10Mb you can start again with the original picture and try a number less than '50' to try and get the image size below 10MB.

Our system is likely still updating. It can take a couple of hours for your rosette to show after you have updated your Weight Tracker. If it still doesn't show, please send an email to customercare@nutracheck.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.
