This January, our challenge to you is to try something new! We're here to help you achieve your health and weight goals in 2023 with some new actions and new thinking. Time to shake things up! Your challenge is to complete 4 new weekly tasks and keep your diary perfectly throughout. So out with the old, in with the new, and let's achieve some amazing results!

Your challenge

Keep your food diary EVERY day.

Do 4 new tasks each week:

  1. Eat a new food (or make a new recipe)
  2. Try a new exercise
  3. Start a new habit
  4. Try a new app feature

We'll check in with you each Sunday to ask how you've got on and you'll report back on your week.

And you'll have our company too for this challenge, as the Nutracheck nutritionists are joining in! Keep an eye on the forums and our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram) where we will post daily to check in and share our progress. We can also send a few motivational notifications to your phone if you wish (set up your notifications here).

Nutritionists Emma White (ANutr), MSc Human Nutrition and Amy Wood (ANutr), MSci BSc Nutrition, are passionate about diet and how this impacts overall health. They support evidence-based advice around nutrition and aim to help everyone better understand how different nutrients affect the body and long-term health status.
