Are T5 tablets safe?

Hi, could you tell me a little bit more about T5 tablets. They are hailed as a slimming aid and help provide energy for workouts. Do they work though or are they damaging to health. Thanks

Hi

Thanks for your query

From what I can tell there are a number of “T5” formulations, which vary a bit but share as a common theme a selection of thermogenic and stimulant ingredients claimed to boost metabolism by increasing heart rate, and heat production. If they work as claimed you might feel hot and a bit sweaty whilst taking them, and your heart rate might increase.

My concerns are that these tablets aren’t tested and regulated as thoroughly as pharmaceuticals, and particularly if you are caffeine sensitive, the stimulants in them – albeit naturally soured – may make you feel jittery and a bit “wired”. Many people claim big weight loss benefits, but there are no proven weight loss effects in proper clinically controlled trials. I’d leave these alone on balance, when you weigh up possible benefit versus risk.

Best wishes

Angela
