Q.

Why am I not losing weight yet?

Although I've only been on this service for just over a week, I've tried my best to stick within my 1400 calorie intake per day, for which most of the time I have stuck with. However, I don't seem to be losing anything at all. I eat breakfast and lunch and dinner when I get home, but exercise quite a bit, but still nothing is happening. Do I need to lower my calorie intake. Can you suggest ways I can eat better? Thanks

A.

Thanks for your query - can I suggest you are expecting results rather too quickly? Sometimes it takes a week or two before you notice results on the scales and this can especially be so if you don?t have too many pounds to lose in the first place. That said, I understand your frustration because we all want results fast! To increase your chances of success, make sure that you?re strict with measuring and weighing portions, as it's really easy to make mistakes when you start!
