Why is my weight loss slowing down after three week?

I was disappointed this week as out of the 3 weeks i have been cutting back this was my lowest loss at only 2lb, does you weight increase when you are pre menstrual?

The first few weeks of a regimen is when you always lose the most weight as your body hasn't yet lowered its metabolism to compensate. I imagine most people would be extremely pleased with a 2 lb weight loss and  this is normally the maximum  one can expect on a sensible, sustainable weight loss regimen. The fact that you lost more for the first couple of week is a bonus!

I don't want to be too negative, but I think you should know that you may even find there are some weeks when you lose no weight at all or  a pound or less. This is perfectly normal and if you realise that’s how it might be you are less likely to be disappointed! Being premenstrual is one of the reaons you may find no change or even a slight increase on  the scales through water retention. Cutting down on the salt in your diet may help to combat this... Any way, well done with doing so brilliantly well so far and I wish you lots of luck.
