Spicy Omelette

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 an onion, diced
1/2 red and 1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
10 sprays Fry Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Method:

1. Heat a small frying pan with Fry Light and fry the onions and peppers until softened.
2. Whisk the eggs and add the chilli powder. Pour mixture over the onions and peppers and cook on a low heat until one side is cooked.
3. Turn over and cook for a further 3-5 mins until omelette rises.
