Watch out for the calories!
I bought these from a deli for £1.50 when I was out shopping as a little low calorie snack because I just love fennel seed. They are really delicious.
However I was shocked to find that they are 529cal per 100g. When I got home I weighed the remainder in the bag and I found that I had eaten 40g which is a whopping 211 calories! Each little round snack is 18 cals. So they are as high calorie as crisps though I guess I thought they would be less because they are baked not fried. Be warned!
